• Total guidance regarding the gathering, legalising and translation of required documentation

• Arrangement, booking of and event management of civil wedding service in Zia

• Processing of all documentation upon arrival in resort, and application for marriage license completed

• All local town hall/registrar fees and taxes included

• Professional wedding planner and co ordinator on-hand throughout your holiday and at ceremony to ensure everything is simply perfect

• Pre and post-wedding visits to register office will be accompanied by a member of our team when necessary

• Music of your choice at ceremony (pre-recorded)

• 2 witnesses at ceremony if necessary 

• Collection of marriage certificate upon issue (Greek original with English translation)

• Decoration of ceremony (rustic in keeping with the surroundings)

• Bottle of Prosecco for the couple to toast their vows after ceremony (white or blush).  Option to add on bottles for your guests

• Translation of 4 documents into Greek by a qualified translations lawyer as per requirement

• Hair and makeup in hotel room for bride (subject to permissions)

• Bridal hand-tied bouquet and groom’s buttonhole

• Photographer to cover: The couple's pre-wedding, getting ready shoot. Full ceremony coverage from wedding party arrival, through ring exchange, vows, ‘the kiss’. The couple's portraits. Family and friends portraits.  Sunset photos. Maximum shoot time 4 hours. Digital files are presented on a wooden USB drive to print freely. 20 fine art prints (13x18cm) in a proof box. 

• Videographer to cover: Pre-wedding preparation of the couple, wedding location shoot, Ceremony set up details, full ceremony plus natural family group shots. Private couple session. Video montage set to 2 songs of client’s choice. Maximum shoot time 4 hours. 

• Meal in Avli restaurant or Olympia 2, in Zia, for up to 25 people, overlooking the breathtaking sunset. Full wedding table decor included, with fresh flowers

• Greek dancers to entertain you and your guests

• DJ until midnight
